EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer based in the European Union and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may do so within 14 days of your order, provided your download has not yet commenced.

To submit a withdrawal request, please email us at hello@rarefindssounddesign.com with:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The product(s) you wish to withdraw from

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email within 24 hours.

Please note: In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply once a digital download has begun.
