REFUND POLICY

Since our sound files are digital, they cannot be returned. All sales are final except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise, and only if your download hasn't started.

EU CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

However, by completing your purchase and proceeding to download, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

If your download has not yet started, you may request a cancellation within 14 days by contacting us at hello@rarefindssounddesign.com.

We are proud of all our sounds but if you're unhappy with your purchase in any way, please let us know by contacting us so we can arrange store credit equivalent to your purchase value.
