1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Rare Finds Sound Design ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this site—including browsing, or purchasing—you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), any referenced policies, and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not accept all the Terms, you may not access or use the site or our services.
We may update or change these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of those changes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using the site, you affirm you're at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or have consent from a guardian.
You agree not to use our products or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes or violate any applicable laws.
3. LICENSE & USAGE RIGHTS
Sound libraries and other content are governed by our License Agreement. All users must adhere to that license.
4. REFUND POLICY
Since sound files are digital, they cannot be returned. All sales are final except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise, and only if your download hasn't started. EU customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery; however, this right is waived upon download commencement in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. 5. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind our recordings however, if you're unhappy with your purchase in any way, you're eligible for store credit equivalent to your purchase value.
We reserve the right to refuse the guarantee if misuse is suspected.

You may purchase as a guest or create an account.
Download links are delivered via email typically immediately. Contact us for assistance.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Non-sensitive information (excluding credit card data) may be transmitted unencrypted across networks; however, payments are encrypted.
You must not copy, resell, or exploit any part of our service or products without explicit written permission.
8. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & TIMELINESS
We don’t guarantee that site information is accurate or up-to-date. Rely on official or primary sources when necessary.
We may modify content without notice and are not obligated to update it

We may alter or discontinue parts of the service at any time without liability

Some offerings may be exclusively online and limited in quantity. Return policies apply per section 4.
Product images/colours may vary depending on display settings.
We may restrict sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, and quantities may be limited.

We may cancel orders or limit purchase quantities at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected reselling or fraud.

We aren’t required to monitor or remove user-submitted content, but we may do so at our discretion.

Typographical or pricing errors may occur. We may update or cancel orders if errors are found—even after order completion—without obligation beyond what’s required by law.

These Terms and any referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements.
Ambiguities won’t be construed against us.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
24. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms at any time; your continued use indicates acceptance of the updated version.
