Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rare Finds Sound Design! Because our sound libraries are digital audio files delivered via instant download, we handle returns and refunds under specific guidelines outlined below.

1. Digital Downloads Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital assets once delivered, we do not offer cash refunds on completed downloads. Once a sound effect, library, or bundle has been downloaded to your device, the sale is final.

2. Store Credit & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with the quality or content of your purchase after downloading them:

  • We offer store credit equal to the full purchase price of the item.
  • Store credit can be applied toward any other sound effect or library in our store.
  • To request store credit, please contact us at hello@rarefindssounddesign.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a brief explanation of why the library did not meet your needs.

3. Exceptions & Technical Issues

We handle technical and order errors under the following guidelines:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same audio file or bundle twice in separate transactions, we will issue a full cash refund for the duplicate order upon request.
  • Corrupted or Missing Files: If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or broken, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement file within 72 hours, we will issue store credit or a replacement of equal value.
  • Un-downloaded Orders: If you purchased an item in error and have not downloaded any of the associated files, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
